Yoga with Marcia

Do you want to feel calmer, sleep better and have more flexibility and ease in your joints? 

 

Come and try this gentle supportive yoga class, a meditation in motion that is suitable for all levels, led by a physiotherapist and yoga teacher, Marcia Bamber.  A portion of the class is done seated in a chair and then the class moves to standing and to the mat, with the chair available for support throughout the class.  

 

Marcia will  to adapt the class for any individual in the  group with any level of ability, no previous yoga experience necessary!
