All new members living with Parkinson's must complete a B4H assessment.  This 50-60 minute  assessment will examine gait, balance, gross and fine motor skills as well as cognitive skills, and give you some time to ask any questions about the program.  The price includes a re-assessment 10-weeks after starting the B4H program.
