Incorporating the cardio, strength, balance and boxing combinations makes your full body experience a great addition to any workout program and can be done by everyone. ​Jennifer Kemp is a mom of 2 teenagers, a Certified Kickboxing Instructor Level 2, PD Warrior Level 2 certified and a Boxing 4 Health Instructor.
